深基坑工程事故常见原因分析及对策

【摘要】 由于深基坑工程自身的特点,在建设过程中存在较大的风险。深基坑常见事故原因有勘测资料不全、施工环境复杂、防排降水措施不当和锚杆设置长度不够等。基坑开挖前可通过详细的地质勘察,分析和评估可能出现的风险,然后进行合理的设计和信息化施工,随时监测结构的变形和环境变化情况,发现问题及时反馈,以待合理解决。

【Abstract】 There is huge risk in construction of deep foundation pit project due to its unique characteristics. Common reasons causing accidents in deep foundation pit project include inadequate exploration data, complex construction environment, improper waterproof, drainage and dewatering measures, and short anchor rod, etc. Careful geological exploration, analysis and evaluation of potential risks shall be carried out before excavation of foundation pit, and then reasonable design and information-based construction shall be adopted. Structural deformation and environmental change shall be monitored timely, so as to give immediate feedback whenever problem is detected and to realize reasonable resolution.
