长期荷载下圆钢管混凝土梁的耐腐蚀性能试验研究

【摘要】 研发了用于钢管混凝土梁在长期荷载与氯盐腐蚀耦合作用下的力学性能试验研究的装置和方法。采用上述装置对11个试件(包括7个圆钢管混凝土梁和4个圆钢管梁)进行了试验。试验结果表明:长期荷载对圆钢管梁的受弯承载力影响不大,但会降低圆钢管梁的抗弯刚度,也会降低圆钢管混凝土梁的受弯承载力和抗弯刚度。与圆钢管混凝土梁相比,圆钢管梁的受弯承载力和抗弯刚度由于腐蚀作用而降低得更多。长期荷载与腐蚀耦合作用对试件的抗弯承载力和抗弯刚度的降低都很显著,并且随着持载比例或浸入程度的提高而更加明显。总体上,对于圆钢管混凝土梁,长期荷载与腐蚀耦合作用对其受弯承载力或抗弯刚度的降低程度要大于单纯长期荷载和单纯腐蚀作用对其受弯承载力或抗弯刚度的降低程度的简单叠加。

【Abstract】 Experimental devices and testing method were developed for studying the coupling action of the long-term loading and chloride corrosion on concrete filled steel tubular( CFST) beams. Totally 11 specimens( including seven circular concrete filled steel tubular beams and four circular steel tubular beams) were tested. The experimental results show that the long-term loading has minor effect on the flexural carrying capacity of the circular steel tubular beams.However,the long-term loading can reduce the flexural stiffness of the circular steel tubular beams as well as the flexural carrying capacity and the flexural stiffness of the circular CFST beams to some degree. Corrosion can reduce both the flexural carrying capacity and the flexural stiffness of the beams. Furthermore,corrosion has a more severe reduction effect on the steel specimens compared to the CFST specimens. The coupling action of the long-term loading and corrosion has a drastic reduction effect on both the flexural carrying capacity and the flexural stiffness of the specimens,and its effect becomes more severe with the increase of the long-term loading level and corrosion degree. In general,for the circular concrete filled steel tubular beams,the effect of coupling action of the long-term loading and corrosion on deterioration of flexural carrying capacity or flexural stiffness is greater than the effect of a superposition of single long-term loading and single corrosion.
