基于AHP-TOPSIS的评判模型在设计单位选评中的应用

【摘要】 如何合理选择设计单位对业主来说是一个非常关键但又棘手的问题,本文提出AHP-TOPSIS综合评判模型,利用AHP法和matlab软件客观确定各指标的权重,再结合TOPSIS法分析与最优解的贴近度来确定优越度最大的设计单位,最后还进行了实证分析计算,证明了此评判模型的科学、准确性,为设计单位的选评提供了理论依据,解决了业主的一大难题。

【Abstract】 It’s a crucial and hard problem for owners to select a design institution reasonably. This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation model AHP-TOPSIS,and calculates each effect factors′ index through AH, then marry together with TOPSIS to analyze the degree of closeness. The empirical analysis and calculation were carried out at last. Practice has proved that the evaluation model is scientific and accurate, which successfully solved a big problem for the owners by providing theory basis for the selection of a design unit.
