【Abstract】 In order to deal with the reality of limited project resources, improved risk management of the multi-project of construction enterprises, this paper puts forward that construction enterprises should take the project portfolio management in the view of enterprise strategic to reduce the total risk and reach the maximization of enterprises earnings. In order to effectively promote the risk management of project portfolio of construction enterprises, the ISM interpretation structure model technology is chosen to build the risk management index system.
