【摘要】 以辽东学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为研究对象,探讨了人才培养模式的改革方向。针对机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养模式的现状,从实践、创新和职业能力培养三方面存在问题的分析,结合专业建设发展和社会人才需求实际,提出了"本科+技师"人才培养模式,并进行了近四年的研究与实践。研究结果表明,要培养适应企业要求的高素质应用型专门人才,有必要建立新型的"学历+技能"和"校企合作、产学结合"的人才培养模式,坚持职业化取向,培养学生的职业技能,以适应21世纪区域经济社会发展对机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the research object of the specialty of mechanical design manufacturing and automation in Eastern Liaodong University,the direction of reform for the personnel training mode is discussed. For the status quo of the personnel training mode of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional, the existing problems of three aspects of practice, innovation and professional ability training are analyzed. The personnel training mode of "undergraduate and technician" is proposed by combining the reality of professional construction development and social demand for nearly four years’ research and practice. The research results show that it is necessary to establish a new type of personnel training mode "degree add skills" and "university-enterprise cooperation, production and learning combination" to cultivate specialized personnel with high quality to adapt to the requirements of the enterprise. It is also necessary to adhere to the professional orientation and develop the students’ vocational skills to adapt to the demand of mechanical design manufacturing and automation specialty in regional economic and social development of the 21 st century.更多还原
