百菌清含量测定的气相色谱分析

【摘要】 目的:建立了原药百菌清含量测定的方法。方法:气相色谱法。内标物为邻二苯基苯,色谱柱为5%OV-17+1.1%OV-225/chromosorb WAW-DMCS(150 um)不锈钢填充柱(2.0m×3mm(内径)),柱温:185℃,气化室温度:280℃,FID检测器温度:280℃,载气为氮气。结果:百菌清浓度在0.120-12.0mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9993),标准偏差为0.11%,回收率在99.6-100.1%,稳定性好。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确,可作为百菌清含量的测定方法。

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chlorothalonil. Methods: Gas chromatography. Internal standard was O-terphenyl, 5% OV-17 + 1.1% OV-225 /chromosorb WAW-DMCS(150um)Stainless steel column( 2.0m ×3mm)at 185℃,temperature ofaerification room: 280℃,temperature of FID for detector: 280℃, Carries gas:helium. Results: A good linearity obtained over the range of 0.120-12.0mg/m L mg/m L(R2 =0.9993)to the concentration of chlorothalonil,thestandard deviation was 0.11%, the variation coefficient of chlorothalonil was 0.11%, the range of average recoveries was 99.6-100.1%, Good Stability. Conclusion: This method is accurate, sensitive and applicable for the determination of chlorothalonil.
