基于解耦控制的智能优化系统的研究与设计
Analysis and Designing of Intelligent and Optimal System Based on Decoupling Control
【摘要】 针对电厂球磨机中储式制粉系统的严重耦合性,为了提高系统的整体控制性能,提出采用多变量非线性系统模糊神经网络自适应解耦控制算法,设计模糊神经网络解耦补偿器。将来自其他通道的耦合影响视为可测干扰进行补偿,使得由模糊神经网络解耦补偿器与球磨机组成的广义系统近似为无耦合系统。仿真结果表明,采用此解耦控制方法,提高了系统的控制性能,是一种值得在实际工程中推广应用的新型控制方法。
【Abstract】 The mill coal pulverized system is a multivariable coupled nonlinear system which is extensively applied in coal fire power plants. A kind of multivariable Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN) decoupling control method is put forward for improving the whole performance. The coupling effects which come from other channels can be translated into the measurable disturbance. Then the general system which consists of FNN decoupling compensator and mill system become a non-coupling system. It is showed by simulation results that the control effect with this method show the good performance. This decoupling control method is suitable for practical application.
