预测-模糊控制在联合粉磨系统中的应用
The Application of Predictive-Fuzzy Control to the Combined Grinding System
【摘要】 为了提高水泥厂、粉磨站的生产效率,达到生产过程节能降耗的目的,采用预测-模糊控制器对联合粉磨系统进行了优化控制,在联合粉磨系统工况稳定的时候采用预测控制器进行控制,使球磨机处于最优的工作状态,保证球磨机内负荷的稳定,当系统产生大的扰动时,切换到模糊控制方法对关键设备参数进行自动调节,此时的控制目标是保证整个粉磨系统的稳定。文中分析了预测控制与模糊控制进行切换的条件,介绍了软件采用的控制周期,及每种控制周期适用的工况等。现场运行表明,该控制系统提高了粉磨系统的生产效率,降低了生产过程的电耗,具有较强的实用价值。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the production efficiency of the cement plant and the cement grinding station, and to reduce the energy consumption in the production process, prediction-fuzzy controller is used to the combined grinding system to gain an optimized control and make the load in the ball mill stable. When the working condition of the combined grinding system is stable, the predictive controller is used, so the optimized working condition of the ball mill is achieved. When large perturbations happen, the controller switches to fuzzy controller and the key parameters of the equipment is changed automatically. The control objective is to ensure the stability of the whole grinding system. In this paper, the switching condition is analyzed and the control period of the controller is introduced, and each control period is corresponded to a certain working condition of the ball mill. The practical result demonstrates that the method proposed in this paper increases the efficiency of the system and decreases the power consumption. Obviously, this system has a strong practical value.
