【摘要】 目前被动式建筑发展在我国已经进入试点探索阶段,在发展过程中存在着如被动式设计未受到足够重视,缺乏与被动式建筑配套的建筑材料,成本较高,政府及社会各界对被动式建筑的推动力不足等诸多制约因素。在研究分析的基础上,今后工作重点必须放在加强被动式建筑理念的宣传与推广上,使被动式建筑在设计、材料、技术与成本等方面都有长足的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently, the development of passive buildings in China has entered in the stage of pilot projects, and during this process there exist many restricting factors, such as little attention on passive building design, shortage of construction materials for them, high cost and lack of motivation from the governments and all society ranks. Based on the research and the analyses, the propaganda and promotion of the idea of passive buildings should be enhanced in the future work in order to stimulate the development of its design, material, technology and cost reduction.更多还原
