嵌入式水声功率放大器设计
Design of Embedded Underwater Acoustic Power Amplifier
【摘要】 功率放大器是水声信号发射机中的核心部件,针对水声信号发射机小体积、高声源级的要求,设计并实现了一种嵌入式水声功率放大器;提出了一种可与匹配网络独立的嵌入式水声功率放大器技术方案,利用数字音频驱动器IRS2092设计并研制了一款高声源级的水声功率放大器样机;通过水池实验测试了整机性能,验证了方案的可行性和先进性;测试结果表明,该样机在180×60×70(mm)~3体积、24 V电池供电和90 W平均功率条件下实现了高达187 dB的发射声源级,能较好地满足舰载或嵌入式的要求。
【Abstract】 Power amplifier is a core component of the acoustic signal transmitter,an embedded acoustic power amplifier is designed and implemented to satisfy the demand of underwater acoustic signal transmitter for small size and high source level.The embedded acoustic power amplifier technology solution with the independent matching network is proposed,a complete high source-level acoustic power amplifier prototype based on digital audio amplifier 1RS2092 is designed and developed.The integrative performance is tested by water—tank experiment,and the feasibility and advancement are verified.The test result shows that the prototype at 180×60×70(mm)~3 volume,battery supply of 24 V and average power of 90 W can reach at 187 dB emission source level,which can meet the needs of shipboard or embedded request.
