ARINC659总线在航空发动机控制系统中的应用
ARINC659 Application on Aero-Engine Control System
【摘要】 传统航空发动机全权限数字电子控制(FADEC)系统普遍采用集中式架构,系统余度降级快,模块重用性差,软件升级困难,随着控制变量增多,控制功能日益复杂,集中式架构缺点凸显;文章提出一种基于ARINC659总线的模块化、开放式FADEC系统架构技术,给出该技术的实现方案、总线时间规划、表决机制和重构策略;试验与应用结果表明,相对于集中式架构技术,该技术利于系统重构,可延缓余度降级,提高系统可靠性,同时利于软/硬件模块升级和重用;研究成果已成功应用于某型FADEC系统中。
【Abstract】 Traditional full authority digital electronic control(FADEC)system of aero-engine generally utilizes the centralized architecture.Nevertheless,the system degrades rapidly.Furthermore,it is difficult to reuse the modules and upgrade the software.With the increasing number of control variables and complexity of control function,disadvantages of the centralized architecture are obvious.A new kind of architecture with modular hardware based on ARINC659 and open FADEC system is proposed.The implementation scheme,timing plan,voting mechanism and reconstruction strategy are presented.Experiments and applications indicate the advantages of this technique.Compared to the centralized system,this architecture is more conducive to system reconfiguration,slow degrade,improved reliability,convenient software/hardware module reuse and upgrade.Research results have been successfully applied to a certain type of FADEC system.
