基于CAN总线的雷达阵面液冷综合监控系统设计
Design of Synthetical Monitoring and Control in Radar Liquid-cooled System Based on CAN-Bus
【摘要】 液冷设备对相控阵雷达天线冷却和产品安全至关重要,需要设计快速、准确的监控系统对其状态进行监控和处理;采用实时性、可靠性较高的CAN现场总线技术和多级综合控制技术,实现了液冷系统自动闭环控制、监测信息共享及雷达系统级决策控制;综合监控系统可以实时、全面的监控液冷系统状态,对故障自动准确处理,已应用于某雷达型号。
【Abstract】 Liquid-cooled equipment is of crucial importance for the radar antenna cooling and secure usage,it requires designing fast and exact monitor system for state of liquid-cooled equipment.Using real time and reliable CAN-Bus technology,multilevel and synthetically controlling technology,the system achieve automatic and closed loop controlling,share of monitor message,and systemic decision-making of radar.The system can real-time and roundly detect state of liquid-cooled equipment,automatically and accurately deal with failure.The system is used in the practical radar.
