【摘要】 演练是提高突发事件应急救援能力的有效手段。通过对2014年河南省突发事件紧急医疗救援应急演练的组织及实施过程中的信息接报核实、应急响应、调派增援、现场救援、新闻发布、演练总结等方面进行分析,提出制订科学合理的预案,展开贴近实战的演练,建立固定的应急队伍,加强基本急救技能培训等几点体会,为突发公共卫生事件群体伤员的预防、救治及善后提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exercise is an effective means to improve the capability of emergency rescue. Through summarizing and analyzing the information reception and verification, emergency response, deployment of reinforcements, rescue scene, press releases and practice, and the organization and implementation process of the 2014 Henan Province emergency medical and rescue drill, this paper proposed formulating a scientific and reasonable plan, carrying out actual combat exercises, establishing permanent emergency team, and strengthening basic first aid skills training, in order to provide a reference for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of mass casualties in public health emergencies.更多还原
