【摘要】 目的分析恙虫病致多器官损害的临床特点,为防治恙虫病并发多器官损害提供临床依据。方法回顾性分析广西医科大学第一附属医院及柳州市人民医院2009-01至2014-07诊断的恙虫病患者并发多器官损害的情况。结果 168例患者中,死亡16例(9.52%)。发生2个器官系统损害100例(59.52%),3个器官系统损害44例(26.19%),4个器官系统损害15例(8.93%),5个器官系统损害8例(4.76%),6个器官系统损害1例(0.60%),器官损害数量越多,病死率越高。其中,肝、肺、血液系统最容易受累。157例多器官损害患者单用多西环素抗病原菌治疗,144例有效,13例无效,总有效率高达91.72%。结论恙虫病极易引起多器官损害,及时进行病原治疗,预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of multiple organs damage caused by scrub typhus,so as to provide evidence in prevention of multiple organs damage caused by scrub typhus. Methods Data of multiple organs damage caused by scrub typhus in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and Liuzhou People’s Hospital from January 2009 to July2014 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 168 cases of multiple organs damage caused by scrub typhus,16cases( 9. 52%) were dead,100 cases( 59. 52%) had 2 organs damage,44 cases( 26. 19%) had 3 organs damage,15 cases( 8. 93%) had 4 organs damage,8 cases( 4. 76%) had 5 organs damage,only one case( 0. 60%) existed 6 organs damage. The more organs damaged,the higher mortality rate was. Among them,the liver,the lungs,and the blood system were involved most frequently. 157 cases of multiple organs damage were treated with single-use doxycycline against the pathogen. In the result,144 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was up to 91. 72%. Conclusions Scrub typhus was very easy to cause multiple organs damage,but if treated in time,most of patients could be cured,and prognosis were good.更多还原
