大鼠下肢挤压伤模型不同挤压时间的生化指标观察

【摘要】 目的探讨不同挤压时间后大鼠相关生化指标的变化。方法 2月龄健康SD大鼠48只,体重160~200 g,随机分为实验组(n=40)和对照组(n=8)。其中实验组分为挤压4、6、12、24、48 h等5组,每组各8只大鼠。预定挤压时间到达解除负重后4 h观察大鼠双下肢改变,眼眶采血行血生化检测。结果挤压期间实验组共7只大鼠死亡,解除压迫后,存活大鼠双下肢肿胀明显,不能正常活动;实验组大鼠血清的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、K+水平实验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同挤压时间对大鼠的生化指标有不同影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the biochemical changes of rats crushed with different time. Methods A total of 48 Sprague Dawley rats( 2-month-old,male or female,weighing 160 ~ 200 g) were randomly divided into the control group( n = 8) and experimental group( n = 40). The experimental group was divided into 5 groups according to the crushing time,e. g. 4 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,with 8 rats in each group. The changes in the both lower limbs of rats were observed 4 hours after every treatment time,meanwhile,orbital blood of rats were collected for blood biochemical detection. Results 7 rats died during compressing,and obvious swelling were observed after removing loads among lower limbs of all survivals,as well as activity limitation. Compared with control group,the serum level of alanine aminotransferase( ALT),aspartate aminotransferase( AST),urea nitrogen( BUN),creatine kinase( CK) in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group,all with a statistically significant difference( P <0. 05),whereas the serum level of creatinine( Cr),K+showed no significant difference between experimental and control group( P >0. 05). Conclusions Different crushing time has different effect on biochemical index of rats.
