心脏X综合征患者血清Adropin和胱抑素C水平的变化
Changes of adropin and cystatin C levels in patients with cardiac syndrome X
【摘要】 目的探讨Adropin、胱抑素C(CysC)水平在心脏X综合征(CSX)发病机制中的作用。方法选择该院2011年10月至2013年4月心脏诊疗中心CSX患者52例为研究对象,将其分为无糖尿病(CSX)组32例,伴糖尿病(CSX-D)组20例,另选20例无症状但有类似的心血管病风险因子(无糖尿病)的人群作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测3组Adropin,全自动生化分析仪检测血清CysC。结果 CSX组、CSX-D组患者血清Adropin水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),CSX-D组患者血清Adropin水平低于CSX组,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.58)。血清CysC水平在两组CSX患者外周血中比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.46),对照组水平明显低于CSX组、CSX-D组患者,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026、P=0.003)。结论 Adropin水平降低是CSX患者的危险因子之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the roles of Adropin and Cystatin C in the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X.Methods A total of 52 patients with cardiac syndrome X from October 2011 to April 2013 were selected in this study,32 patients with cardiac syndrome X(CSX)were in CSX group,and 20 patients with cardiac syndrome X combined with diabetes mellitus were in CSX-D group.Other asymptomatic 20 cases with similar risk factors for cardiovascular disease(without diabetes)were selected in control group.Adropin levels of the three groups were measured by enzyme linked abdorbed assay.Cystatin C was determined by using an automated measurement method.ResultsAdropin levels in the CSX group and CSX-D group were significant lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),Adropin level in CSX-D group was lower than that in the CSX group,there was statistical significance(P=0.58),while there was no significant difference on the Cystatin C level between the two groups(P=0.46).CysC level in the control group was significant lower than the CSX group and CSX-D group,the differences was significant(P=0.026,P=0.003).Conclusion Lower Adropin level is a risk factor for cardiac syndrome X.
