【Abstract】 The development of employability skills has dominated the European educational research the recent years. This study reviews the notion of employability skills through the analysis of the relevant literature. It also analyses employability development and difficulties in the European higher education institutions. Furthermore the study explores the measures of European Union and teaching reforms of European higher education institutions to enhance graduates employability. The experience in Europe has provided valuable reference for us on the reform of teaching mode in higher education.更多还原
