【摘要】 当前我国大学生创业素质存在创业精神缺失、创业知识结构不合理、创业能力欠缺和创业心理品质不健全等问题。产生这些问题的因素主要来自社会、家庭和学校三个方面。我国大学生创业素质的培养路径有:树立正确的创业素质观,完善高校创业人才培养目标,创建培养大学生素质实践平台,构建"三螺旋"创业教育支撑体系,营造大学生创业素质的文化氛围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently there exist such problems as lack of entrepreneurial spirit, the unreasonable structure of entrepreneurial knowledge, the insufficient entrepreneurial ability and the unsound entrepreneurial psychology in Chinese college students’ entrepreneurial quality. The causes of these problems mainly stem from such three aspects as society,family and school. The paths to the cultivation of Chinese college students’ entrepreneurial quality include setting up the correct outlook of entrepreneurial quality, improving the cultivation objectives of the entrepreneurial talents in university, creating the practical platform to develop college students’ quality, building the support system of the"triplespiral"entrepreneurial education and creating the cultural atmosphere of college students’ entrepreneurial quality.更多还原
