【摘要】 通过研究性别、学历和任教学科三个因子对教师变革角色的影响,结果表明,学校变革中教师群体的异质性非常明显,不同性别、不同学历、不同学科背景的教师在作为学校变革的从众者和领航者上存在差异显著。提升教师的改革力,首先要在思想上高度重视教师群体的异质性;在组织上要重视学校变革过程中的教师合作,提升教师改革力;在改革的方式上,要确立人性化的学校变革模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 An empirical research has been made of the influence on teacher’s role of such three factors as the sex,academic background and the subjects being taught, the results show that heterogeneity is quite obvious among teachers in the school reformation, and teachers acting as the leaders and followers show significant difference because of their different sex, academic background and disciplinary background. To improve teachers’ ability of reforming, it is necessary to play great emphasis on teachers’ heterogeneity in ideology, to pay attention to the cooperation among teachers in organization,and to establish the humanized school reformation model in reforming method.更多还原
