【摘要】 【目的】针对目前科技类期刊面临的体制转型、新媒体冲击与优秀稿件流失等严重挑战国内期刊发展的问题和困难,探索编委会在提升期刊学术质量、国际知名度等方面的潜能。【方法】根据CMI期刊的办刊经验,在依靠编委会扩大期刊学术影响力、促进国内外学术交流、甄别优秀论文、预测学术热点、指导办刊方向等方面总结了一些做法。【结果】通过这些方法,有效的将编委任务细化、贡献量化,调动了编委工作热情,推进了期刊的发展。【结论】充分依靠编委,加强编委制度建设、编委学科布局,提升编委凝聚力,可为打造优秀科技期刊奠定坚实基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] This research is to explore the potential of Editorial Committee in improving the quality and international visibility of academic journals under the current system transformation,newmedia challenging and excellent manuscripts were contributed to oversea journals. [Methodology] According to CMI journal operation practice, some experiences have been summarized,including promoting academic exchange home and aboard,selecting excellent papers,predicting academic hot topics,and guiding the direction of journals etc. [Findings]Through these methods,tasks and contributions of editorial board were assessed and valuated effectively,the working enthusiasm was aroused,and the journals were developed. [Conclusions] A foundation for enhancing the cohesion of the editorial board,as well as creating science and technology journals could be settled down by the ways of more relying on the editorial members,strengthening the editorial committee system development.更多还原
