【摘要】 目的探讨精神科患者乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的感染情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验对1 500例住院的精神病患者进行血清HBV标志物的检测。结果血清乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性率为6.27%,乙型肝炎表面抗体(抗-HBs)阳性率为19.13%,乙型肝炎表面抗原、乙型肝炎e抗原(HBe Ag)、乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体(抗-HBc)阳性率为0.73%,乙型肝炎表面抗原、乙型肝炎e抗体(抗-HBe)、乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体(抗-HBc)阳性率为1.67%。结论精神科患者乙型肝炎的感染率比较高,而且有年龄差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mental of patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection. Methods 1 500 patients with psychosis were tested for serum HBV markers by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The serum hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) positive was 6.27%, hepatitis B surface antibody(anti-HBs) positive was 19.13%, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B e-antigen(HBe Ag) and hepatitis B virus core antibody(anti-HBc) was 0.73%, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis B e-antibody(anti-HBe) and hepatitis B virus core antibody(antiHBc) positive rate was 1.67%.
