【Abstract】 Students can acquire the knowledge of "poisoning and rescue" by "organophosphate poisoning and rescue" experiment. It is helpful for the medical students in clinical practice in the future. In the past, the animals are rabbits used in this experiment. The method of blood collectionand other issues affect the success rate of traditional experiment. The experiment using mice instead of rabbits is simple and viable, and showed reliable results.
