【Abstract】 For some problems such as teaching and learning in electricity class specialized theoretical teaching,the relationship between theory teaching and innovation activities is discussed. From the flaws of the theory teaching to the roles of innovation activities,the necessity of combining theory teaching and innovative activities is described.
