呼出气一氧化氮及血清白介素23水平与成人支气管哮喘相关性分析
Research of expression and promoter methylation level of FBLN1 in Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma
【摘要】 目的研究呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)浓度及血清白介素23(IL-23)水平与支气管哮喘的相关性。方法选取2013年1月至2014年3月大连医科大学附属第一医院收治的86例支气管哮喘患者,同时选取80名健康对照者。分别检测FeNO、血清IL-23、外周血嗜酸细胞(EOS)及FEV1,并对数据进行分析。结果哮喘急性发作期、慢性持续期患者和对照组患者FeNO、IgE、EOS及FEV1%pred差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除FEV1%pred外,三组间其余炎症相关指标两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性期组与对照组FEV1%pred比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。哮喘急性发作期和慢性持续期患者FeNO水平均与EOS、IgE呈正相关关系,但仅急性期患者FeNO与FEV1%pred呈负相关关系。结论 FeNO不仅可作为哮喘早期诊断的辅助指标,而且还能反映哮喘的发作程度;哮喘患者血清IL-23亦可考虑用于临床辅助诊断。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the fractional exhaled nitric oxide( FeNO) and serum interleukin 23( IL-23) level in bronchial asthma and its clinical value in the diagnosis of disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of 86 outpatient and hospitalized bronchial asthma patients from 2013 September to 2014 March,80 cases as healthy control. The level of FeNO was detected by nitric oxide analyzer( NIOX,Aerocrine AB,Solna,Sweden). IL-23 level was measured with sanwith ELISA. Counting method was used for detection of peripheral blood eosinophils. The data were compared with t test between 2 groups and Pearson linear correlation analysis. Results There were significant differences in the levels of FeNO,IgE,EOS among the course of acute onset and chronic persistent course and control( P < 0. 01),except for the levels of FEV1% pred between chronic persistent course and control group( P > 0. 05). The negative correlation between FENO and FEV1 was found in the course of acute onset,but not in the chronic persistent course. Conclusion Fe NO not only can be used in the early diagnosis of asthma,but also can reflect the degree of asthma; asthma patients serum IL-23 can be used for clinical diagnosis.
