高海拔地区750kV复合绝缘子均压环电场仿真及结构优化
Electric Field Simulation and Optimization of 750 kV Composite Insulators with Grading Ring in High Altitude Area
【摘要】 为改善超高压输电线路的复合绝缘子端部电场强度集中、易产生放电和闪络等问题,通过建立复合绝缘子和均压环仿真模型,采用ANSYS仿真软件对复合绝缘子和均压环模型的电场进行仿真测试,分析均压环参数对电场强度的影响,从而优化均压环参数。结果表明:优化均压环参数r=45 mm,R=900 mm,h=300 mm,加装优化均压环后,复合绝缘子表面的电场强度下降,满足高海拔地区750 k V输电线路绝缘子安全运行的要求。
【Abstract】 To improve the discharge and flashover problems produced by electric field strength concentration of the end of composite insulators for UHV transmission line, we established composite insulator and grading ring model, and their electric field strength was simulated by ANSYS simulation software to analyz the effect of grading ring parameters on the electric field strength and to optimize the grading ring parameters. The results show that when the optimized grading ring parameter r is 45 mm, R is 900 mm, and h is 300 mm, the surface electric field strength of the composite insulators decreases after installing the optimized grading ring, which meet the requirement of safe operation for 750 kV UHV transmission line in high altitude area.
