【摘要】 目的了解安徽省城市居民健康素养的影响因素,为制定健康教育干预策略提供科学依据。方法采取多阶段随机整群抽样方法,对抽到的15岁~69岁城市常住居民采用2012年度"全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷"进行健康素养调查并进行多因素分析。结果安徽省城市居民的健康素养水平为7.27%,其中,基本健康知识和理念的水平较高,多因素分析中,文化程度为健康素养水平的主要影响因素。35岁~44岁组和大专/本科及以上文化程度组3个方面的健康素养水平均最高。6类健康问题中,安全与急救素养水平较高,为49.06%,基本医疗素养水平最低,为8.46%;35岁~44岁人群,除健康信息外,其他几类的素养水平均较高;55岁~69岁人群的各类健康问题的素养水平均较低。大专/本科及以上学历的人群各类健康问题素养水平均较高。结论在今后的健康教育干预活动中应加强健康知识和理念、基本医疗、健康信息等内容的传播,同时,应采取分人群的方式有针对性地开展干预活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the health literacy level of urban residents in Anhui Province and provide scientific basis for health education intervention strategies. Methods By multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling, 1,510 randomly chosen urban residents aged 15-69 years old were investigated with 2012 national monitoring residents’ health literacy questionnaire and were multiple-factor analyzed. Results The overall level of health literacy of urban residents in Anhui Povince was 7.27%, among them, the level of basic health knowledge and concept was the highest. Education degree was the main influence factor of health literacy in multiple factors logistic analysis. Within six kinds of health problems, safety and first aid literacy level was the highest, and the basic medical service was lowest. The residents aged 35-44 got higher level in all health problems literacy, in addition to health information access literacy, and the residents aged 55-69 got lower level in all kinds of literacy. The person with college/university degree and above got higher levels in all classes of health literacy. Conclusion In the future, the health knowledge and concept, basic medical and health information should be strengthened in health education intervention activities, at the same time, the different strategy of health intervention activities should be taken to different crowd.更多还原
