【摘要】 采用4-PUS/PUU并联机构作为机床的执行机构,该机构具有三维移动和二维转动的空间5自由度,可实现机床五轴联动的运动功能。采用螺旋理论建立了4-PUS/PUU机构各支链运动螺旋系,通过运动螺旋求交、约束螺旋求并的原则,得出动平台的自由度数目和性质。在Solid Works软件中建立4-PUS/PUU机构的三维模型,并进行了运动学性能分析。

【Abstract】 4-PUS/PUU parallel mechanism is adopted as the actuator of the machine tool. This mechanism has five degrees of freedom and is available for 3-D movements & 2-D rotations in the space, so that the machine tool can realize five-axis continuous control. Spiral theory was adopted to establish the spiral system for each branched chain movement of the 4-PUS / PUU mechanism. through the principle "Intersect the moving spiral, Combine the restricted spiral" it was available to give out the number and nature of the degrees of the freedom for the platform. 3D model of 4-PUS / PUU mechanism was built in Solid Works software to complete performance analysis of kinematics.
