【Abstract】 Gived an analysis on the characteristics and advantages of automotive suppliers while putting forward a weighting process for screening of auto parts enterprises with a description of its basic principles and practical application. The final evaluation model should be built by establishing supplier evaluation system based on the expertise judgment and calculating the composite weighting factors. Case study showed that when the composite weight analysis method was introduced, it was possible to assess auto parts suppliers objectively, scientifically and effectively, so that the top suppliers could be selected.更多还原
