间接-直接蒸发冷却机组间冷段的实验研究
Experimental Study of the Cooling Zone between Indirect-direct Expansion Cooling Units
【摘要】 针对一种间接-直接复合式蒸发冷却机组,对其预冷部分——间接蒸发冷却立式换热管段的换热效果进行了实验分析,发现立式换热管段在相对湿度较高的环境下具有良好换热效果,间接蒸发冷却效率可达78%。研究还发现,间冷效率随入口处空气相对湿度的增大而增大,随喷淋水温与入口处空气湿球温度温差的减小而增大。
【Abstract】 An experimental analysis on heat transfer performance at vertical heat exchange segment of indirect evaporative cooling system was conducted based on a indirect-direct hybrid evaporative cooling unit. It was found that vertical heat-exchange segment has sound heat transfer performances at an environment with high relative humidity. Its indirect evaporative cooling efficiency was up to 78%. The examination also indicated that cold efficiency was increased along with the increased relative humidity at the entrance and was increased along with the reduced temperature difference of the air wet-bulb temperature at the entrance.
