地下铲运机称重系统的设计与试验

【摘要】 针对地下铲运机的工作特点,设计了适合实际应用的称重系统,通过试验寻找称重规律,分析油门开度对动态称重的影响,使在不同油门开度下仍然保证动态称重的精度。对静态称重和动态称重分别编写程序,并验证了系统的静态和动态称重精度。

【Abstract】 Focusing on the working characteristics of underground scraper, a weighing system for practical application was designed in an attempt to find the regular pattern for weighing through testing,analyze the impact of throttle opening to dynamic weighing and guarantee the accuracy of dynamic weighing with different throttle opening. Separate programs are compiled for static weighing and dynamic weighing while the static and dynamic weighing accuracies of the system are verified.
