【摘要】 目的探讨单操作孔电视胸腔镜(VATS)在肺部手术的临床使用价值。方法选取我院2014年1月-2014年6月共56例肺局部切除行胸腔镜手术患者,其中31例行单操作孔电视胸腔镜治疗,同期25例行双操作孔电视胸腔镜治疗。比较2组手术术中出血量、操作时间、术后疼痛程度、术后胸腔引流量等指标。结果两组患者围手术期均无死亡及严重并发症,单操作孔组和双操作孔组之间手术术中出血量、操作时间、术后胸腔引流量差别无统计学意义。术后疼痛程度评分单操作孔组(0.8±0.5)较双操作孔组(1.2±0.6)低,差别有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论单操作孔胸腔镜手术在肺局部切除术可行,可靠,与传统的双操作孔胸腔镜手术相比,能有效减轻患者术后疼痛,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discusses a clinical useful value of single operation hole video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS).Methods Select 56 patients of our hospital who made a local excision of lungs with thoracoscope surgery from January 2014 to June 2014,31 of which use the treatment of single operation hole video-assisted thoracic surgery,and the others use the treatment of double operation hole video-assisted thoracic surgery over the same period,Compare the index of blood loss,operating time,postoperative pain degrees,postoperative thoracic drainage of the two groups. Results Two groups of patients had no death and severe complications in Perioperative period,there was no statistical significance in the blood loss,operating time,postoperative thoracic drainage of the two goups,the degree of postoperative pain score in the single hole operation group was(0.8±0.5) lower the double hole operation group which was(1.2+0.6),the difference was significant statistically(P=0.009). Conclusion Single aperture thoracoscope surgery operation in local excision of lungs is feasible and reliable,compared with the traditional double aperture thoracoscope surgery operation,patients can reduce postoperative pain and improve the quality of life effectively.更多还原
