In accordance to the motor rotor construction and the principle of equivalent circuit of asynchronous motor,the motor rotor installing structure is designed in this article. The rotor test technology and data processing are brought up based on the loss analysis. Comparing with the qualified standard of specific rotors,the quality of rotors in the motor breakup pieces are checked so as to bring some inspiration to the motor manufacturers.
