波发生器作用下柔轮变形机理的非线性有限元分析
Nonlinear FEM Analysis on Deformation Mechanism of Flexspline Driven by Elastic Wave Generator
【摘要】 针对目前应用广泛的谐波传动齿轮,利用非线性有限元的方法建立了谐波齿轮传动柔轮在弹性波发生器作用下变形的分析模型。利用该模型对传动柔轮的形变、应力和应变进行了详细的计算分析,为设计新谐波传动齿轮提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the computation model for the flexspline distortion driven by the elastic wave generator was established by using the nonlinear finite element method. Calculation and analysis on deformation,stress and strain of the flexible gear had been carried out through this computation model,thus the theory basis for the harmonic driving transmission gear design was then provided.
