【摘要】 面对巨大的养老需求,济南市亟需加快发展养老服务业。济南市初步构建了一系列扶持政策,形成了"政府主导、社会参与、市场运作"的养老服务业发展机制。但是,目前济南市养老服务业发展过程中存在的问题,严重制约了其进一步发展的步伐。因此,济南市应加快构建养老服务业发展的政策推进机制,包括努力营造好养老服务业发展的环境,积极拓展民间资本投入养老产业渠道,加强养老服务业的专业化标准化建设,完善养老服务业的支撑体系,继续加大政府扶持力度,强化对养老服务业发展的规范化管理等等。更多还原
