白藜芦醇对皮肤光老化的保护作用

【摘要】 目的探讨白藜芦醇对皮肤光老化的保护作用。方法将40只SD大鼠按随机数字表法分成5组:空白对照组、模型对照组、维生素E治疗组、白藜芦醇低剂量治疗组及白藜芦醇高剂量治疗组,每组8只。除空白对照组外其余各组大鼠制作光老化大鼠模型,空白对照组与模型对照组给予生理盐水20mL·kg-1,维生素E治疗组给予维生素E 30mg·kg-1,白藜芦醇低剂量及高剂量治疗组分别给予白藜芦醇10、60mg·kg-1,每日灌胃1次,共15周。比较各组大鼠皮肤病理学形态改变及对羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响。结果白藜芦醇高剂量治疗组、维生素E治疗组与模型对照组比较,SOD活性明显增高、羟脯氨酸含量显著增加,丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。HE病理切片显示白藜芦醇高剂量治疗组、维生素E治疗组较模型对照组皮肤有较大改善,接近正常皮肤组织形态。结论白藜芦醇可以提高光老化皮肤抗氧化物酶活性,改变氧化产物含量,达到抗皮肤光老化作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effect of resvertrol on UV-induced skin aging.Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups,with 8rats in each group.Skin aging was induced by UV light in rats except control group.In addition,control group,model group,VE treatment group,low dose of resveratrol treatment group and high dose of resveratrol treatment group were intragastrically administered normal saline 20mL·kg-1,normal saline 20mL·kg-1,vitamin E 30mg·kg-1,resveratrol 10mg·kg-1 and resveratrol 60mg·kg-1 once daily for15 weeks,respectively.Morphological changes,hydroxyproline(Hyp)content,malondialdehyde(MDA)level and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in the skin were compared among the five groups.Results Compared with model group,SOD activity and Hyp content were increased,MDA level was decreased and skin morphology was restored to close to normal in VE treatment group and high dose of resveratrol treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Resveratrol treatment can protect against UV-induced skin aging through increasing antioxidant enzyme activity and decreasing oxidative product content.
