【摘要】 目的探讨非诺贝特联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并高血脂患者的效果。方法选取糖尿病合并高血脂患者共33例,依据患者治疗先后分为观察组(16例)和对照组(17例)。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予非诺贝特联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.8%,对照组治疗有效率为76.5%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.3%;对照组不良反应发生率为5.9%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非诺贝特与阿托伐他汀联合治疗糖尿病合并高血脂患者效果良好且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of fenofibrate combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 33 patients with diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia were divided into observation group(16 cases) and control group(17 cases). The control group was given atorvastatin statin treatment, the observation group given fenofibrate and atorvastatin treatment, compared two groups of patients with treatment effect differences. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%, and the control group was 76.5%, the difference was significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 6.3%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 5.9%, the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Fenofibrate combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia has positive effect, and high safety.更多还原
