【摘要】 目的研究分析早期糖尿病肾病患者接受他汀降脂联合低蛋白饮食治疗的临床效果。方法根据2012年7月~2014年7月我院接收的糖尿病肾病患者来进行研究分析,共有74例患者,分成观察组和对照组,均有37例患者,对照组患者接受低蛋白饮食治疗,观察组接受他汀类降脂药和低蛋白饮食治疗。对比分析两组的UAER、血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、SCr等指标改变情况。结果观察组和对照组患者的UAER、血清TNF-α、hs-CRP等指标均升高,但治疗前两组各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组UAER在治疗后降低,TNF-α、hs-CRP指标无显著变化;观察组患者治疗后,所有指标均降低,SCr无显著变化。结论他汀降脂合并蛋白饮食治疗可以改善早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床病情,减少体内炎症因子,对患者的蛋白尿症状起到改善效果,保护肾脏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy in patients with low protein diet combined with low protein diet. Methods The patients with diabetic nephropathy received in our hospital were studied and analyzed from July 2012 to July 2014, a total of 74 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 37 patients in control group received low protein diet treatment, the observation group received statin drugs and low protein diet therapy. The changes of UAER, TNF-α, hs-CRP, SCr and other indicators of the two groups were compared.
