【摘要】 目的研究治疗胃肿瘤时联合使用腹腔镜与胃镜的临床效果。方法选取我院在2013年5月~2015年9月治疗的93例胃肿瘤患者作为临床研究对象,在为93例胃肿瘤患者实施手术的过程中联合使用了腹腔镜及胃镜。结果术中完整切除93例的肿瘤病灶,无胸腔积液或切口感染等并发症。结论在胃肿瘤手术中联合采用腹腔镜与胃镜可以获得较好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of gastric cancer in combination with laparoscopic and endoscopic clinical results. Methods 93 cases of gastric cancer patients were chosen as a clinical effect observed object in our hospital from May 2013 to September 2015, in the course of the 93 cases of gastric cancer patients in combination with surgery laparoscopic and endoscopy. Results Complete resection of the tumor in 93 cases, no pleural effusion or wound infection and other complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic and endoscopic joint can achieve significant clinical effect in gastric cancer surgery.更多还原
