【摘要】 目的探讨医务人员恶性肿瘤的特征。方法采用回顾性调查研究方法,以1995~2014的广州市某三甲医院资料完整的889名医务人员为研究对象,并采集同期该院206名机关及后勤人员资料为对照,调查医务人员恶性肿瘤发病率、死亡率、肿瘤分期与发现方式等。结果该院医务人员发病率、死亡率分别为354.3/105及123.7/105。高发肿瘤为肺癌、乳腺癌,导致死亡首位疾病为肺癌。结论医务人员肿瘤发病率高但死亡率低于全国水平,也低于机关后勤人员;分期以早期为主,他们对发现肿瘤更敏感,定期体检是发现肿瘤的重要手段。针对其肿瘤特点,加强体检肿瘤筛查的针对性,有助于早期发现肿瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of malignant tumor in medical personnel. Methods Using retrospective study method, 889 medical staff of a hospital in Guangzhou from 1995 to 2014, as the research object, collected 206 organs and logistics personnel data from the same period in the same period. Results The incidence and mortality of medical staffs in this hospital were 354.3/105 and 123.7/105. High incidence of cancer for lung cancer, breast cancer, leading to disease in the first place of death of lung cancer. Conclusion Medical personnel with high cancer incidence but mortality lower than the national level, lower than the organs of logistics personnel, early stage, and find the tumor is more sensitive, regular physical examination is an important means of finding cancer.
