【摘要】 目的观察派瑞松治疗外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(Peripherally Inserted Central Cather,PICC)致过敏性皮炎的效果。方法 2014年1月~2014年12月,筛选PICC并发过敏性皮炎患者,对照组(n=33)采用康惠尔透明贴联合地塞米松治疗,观察组(n=34)以派瑞松治疗。结果观察组痊愈率58.82%、痊愈+显效率97.06%高于对照组30.30%、78.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组皮损面积、瘙痒程度、持续时间、发作频率评分低于治疗前、对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论派瑞松治疗PISS致过敏性皮炎疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the perry loose treatment of peripheral vein in Central venous catheter(Peripherally Inserted Central Cather, usm) to the effect of atopic dermatitis. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, screening of usm, complicated with allergic dermatitis patients in control group(n=33) with comfeel transparent stickers with dexamethasone therapy, the observation group(n=34) treated with perry pine. Results The observation group cure rate 58.82%, recovery + efficiency is 97.06% higher than that of control group were 30.30%, 78.79%, statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group itchy skin lesion area, magnitude, duration, attack frequency score lower than before treatment, the control group, difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Perry pine PISS cause allergic dermatitis curative effect is better.更多还原
