【摘要】 目的探究对变态反应性支气管肺曲霉菌病采取抗曲霉菌药物联合应用哮喘药物治疗的效果。方法选取我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的变态反应性支气管肺曲霉菌患者者36例,对其展开分析研究。结果在36例患者中痰液性状为灰色痰11例,所占比例为30.56%;西红柿样痰2例,所占比例为5.56%;豆渣样痰3例,所占比例为8.33%;黄脓痰9例,所占比例为25%;絮状痰7例,所占比例为19.44%;土豆样痰4例,所占比例为11.11%。在采用抗曲霉菌药物联合哮喘药物治疗后,通气功能得以全面改善,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论变态反应性支气管肺曲霉菌病患者的临床疾病特点多为咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等,对其采用抗曲霉菌药物联合哮喘药物治疗可帮助获取较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore anti aspergillus drugs combined with asthma drug treatment effect on allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis. Methods Selected 36 cases with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis disease from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital. Results 36 cases of patients, character of sputum, grayish sputum in 11 patients, the proportion of 30.56%, tomato sputum in 2 patients, the proportion was 5.56%, and 3 cases of bean dregs sputum samples, the proportion of 8.33%, 9 cases of purulent sputum, the proportion of 25%, flocculent sputum in 7 cases, the proportion of 19.44%, potatoes sputum samples in 4 cases, the proportion of 11.11%. After the treatment with anti Aspergillus drugs, the ventilation function was improved, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.
