【摘要】 目的分析加味千金苇茎汤免煎颗粒辅助治疗急性鼻窦炎临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年6月~2015年6月在本院收治的98例急性鼻窦炎患者临床资料,对照组44例行西药治疗,观察组54例在其基础上加用加味千金苇茎汤免煎颗粒治疗,比较两组疗效与症状量化总积分。结果观察组总有效率92.6%比对照组79.5%高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后分别为(2.0±0.6)分与(5.4±1.0)分,两组治疗后症状量化总积分均比治疗前低,且观察组总积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味千金苇茎汤免煎颗粒辅助治疗急性鼻窦炎临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of Modified Qianjin Weijing decoction free fried particulate acute sinusitis clinical efficacy of adjuvant therapy.Methods From June 2014 to June 2015,a retrospective analysis of 98 cases of clinical data in patients with acute sinusitis in our hospital,44 in the control group routine western medicine,the observation group 54 cases in which based on the use of Modified Qianjin Weijing decoction Free fried particle therapy were compared efficacy and symptom quantify the total points.Results Observation group total effective rate was 92.6% higher than the control group 79.5%(P<0.05),respectively after treatment(2.0 ± 0.6) min and(5.4 ± 1.0) hours after treatment,the symptoms of quantization total score lower than before treatment,and the total score in observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Qianjin Weijing decoction free fried particulate adjuvant treatment of acute sinusitis significant clinical effect.更多还原
