【摘要】 目的观察静脉注射地尔硫卓治疗快速室率心房颤动的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年8月~2014年8月收治的120例快速室率心房颤动患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组;分别给予静脉注射毛花苷C、静脉注射地尔硫卓进行治疗,比较两组疗效。结果两组在用药后各时间点上房颤时的快速心室率均降低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;用药超过30 min后,观察组的心室率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采取静脉注射地尔硫卓治疗快速室率心房颤动效果良好,在有效控制快速心房颤动的同时能够改善心功能,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the clinical effect of intravenous diltiazem in treatment of rapid ventricular rate of atrial fibrillation. Methods Selected 120 patients with atrial fibrillation from August 2012 to August 2014 as the research object, were divided into the control group and the observation group, given intravenous lanatoside C and intravenous diltiazem treatment. Then compared the efficacy with two groups. Results After treatment rapid ventricular during AF at each time point were decreased of two groups, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance, After administration of 30 minutes, the ventricular rate in the observation group was lower than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Intravenous injection of diltiazem in effective control of atrial fibrillation and improve the heart function and quality life of patients.更多还原
