【摘要】 目的对比及分析复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月~2015年2月在我院收治的原发性闭角型青光眼患者30例,在患者知情的情况下,随机的将他们分为观察组和对照组各15例,对照组患者采用传统小梁切除术进行治疗,观察组则给予复合式小梁切除术进行治疗。结果两组患者在治疗6周内眼压比较差异不显著(P>0.05),在3个月、6个月和一年的眼压比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的26.7%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼能够有效降低患者眼压,减少患者并发症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparison and analysis of the clinical efficacy of primary angle-closure glaucoma compound trabeculectomy. Methods Selected from February 2013 to February 2015 in February primary angleclosure glaucoma patients in our hospital, 30 cases in patients informed, randomly divided them into two groups and the control group of 15 cases. In the control group were treated with conventional trabeculectomy for treatment, the observation group were treated with complex trabeculectomy for treatment. Results Two groups of patients treated for six weeks in IOP was not significantly different(P>0.05), in three months, six months and one year of IOP, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Observation complications occurred group was 6.7 %, significantly lower than the 26.7 % in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound trabeculectomy primary angle-closure glaucoma can effectively reduce intraocular pressure, reduce the incidence of complications in patients.更多还原
