【摘要】 目的探讨骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果。方法将180例老年股骨颈骨折患者依治疗措施不同分为A组(行使骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换术)和B组(行使传统内固定术),各90例。结果 A组优良率高于B组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换术在老年股骨颈骨折中进行应用,有着相对较高的优良率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of bone cement bipolar artificial femoral head replacement on the elderly femoral neck fracture. Methods According to different treating methods, were divided into 180 cases of elderly femoral neck fracture group A( bone cement bipolar artificial femoral head replacement) and group B( conventional internal fixation), each group had 90 cases. Results The excellent and good rate of A group was higher than the B group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The bone cement bipolar artificial femoral head replacement on the elderly femoral neck fracture has a relatively high rate of patients.更多还原
