教师模拟患者方式提高医患沟通培训的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Improving the Training of Doctors and Patients in Medical Practice
【摘要】 目的现有的医患沟通课程主要以授课模式为主。本研究的目的是使用模拟对话结合数据库教学法提高学生医患沟通能力和技巧。方法研究对象为110名哈尔滨医科大学麻醉系五年制学生,开展模拟对话结合数据库教学法,随机病例模拟对话,影音录像,事后老师和学生讨论沟通模板,学生可以反复练习。结果大部分学生都认为这种教学方式对于提高医患沟通技巧有较大帮助,实习过程中更加自信,实习过程中没有发生较大医患纠纷。结论模拟对话结合数据库教学法能够提高学生医患沟通能力和技巧,提高学生医患沟通实践性和针对性。
【Abstract】 Objective The current course of doctor-patient communication mainly is teaching. The purpose of this study is to improve the skills and techniques of doctor-patient communication applying for simulation dialogue combined with database approach. Methods 110 students from the department of five-years anesthesia, Harbin Medical University were chosen as the objects. The simulation dialogue combined with database consists of random case, audio recording, and discussion with teachers and students, and is repetitively practiced by students. Results The majority of students consider it more helpful that this teaching method is to improve the skills of doctor-patient communication, and have more confident during practice, no major disputes between doctors and patients during the internship. Conclusion This teaching method can improve the skills and techniques of doctor-patient communication, practice and pertinence of them.
