【摘要】 目的研究纳洛酮联合醒脑静对急性安眠药中毒的临床治疗效果。方法搜集我院2014年3月~2015年3月急性安眠药中毒64例,根据治疗用药不同将其分两组。在常规疗法基础上,对照组应用纳洛酮,共32例;实验组联合应用纳洛酮、醒脑静,共32例。观察比较两组效果。结果实验组患者清醒时间和症状缓解时间均比对照组短,治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异显著。结论纳洛酮联合醒脑静对急性安眠药中毒治疗效果佳,患者清醒快,症状消失迅速。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing Injection on the clinical treatment of acute hypnotic poisoning. Methods We collected 64 cases of acute sleeping pill poisoning in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015, and divided them into two groups according to different treatment. On the basis of the conventional treatment, while the control group was treated with naloxone, a total of 32 cases, the experimental group were treated with naloxone and Xingnaojing, a total of 32 cases. The effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results In the experimental group, the recovery time and symptom relief time were shorter than the control group, the effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), the difference was significant. Conclusion Naloxone combined with Xingnaojing Injection on acute hypnotic poisoning better curative effect, patients awake quickly, the symptoms disappeared rapidly.更多还原
