【摘要】 目的探究后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿系疾病的临床疗效。方法选取泌尿系疾病患者82例,随机分为两组各41例,对照组采用常规开放手术治疗,治疗组采用后腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),患者手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泌尿系疾病采用后腹腔镜手术治疗效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of urinary tract diseases. Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with urological diseases, were randomly divided into for two groups of 41 cases, the control group received conventional open surgery and treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery treatment, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05), the operation time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the bleeding volume was less than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of urinary system diseases with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery is effective.更多还原
