【摘要】 目的探讨化疗所致口腔溃疡患者应用冰冻生理盐水进行漱口的疗效。方法选取我院收治的化疗患者进行分析,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用生理盐水和碳酸氢钠以2:1比例混合后漱口,观察组在对照组的基础上含漱冰冻生理盐水,观察两组患者的口腔溃疡发生和治疗情况。结果观察组口腔溃疡发生率(7.1%)低于对照组(28.6%),治疗后口腔内p H值高于对照组,患者口腔黏膜分度情况优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对于化疗患者而言,应用冰冻生理盐水漱口来预防溃疡发生的效果更佳,能够提高口腔内p H值,改善口腔黏膜分度情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of oral cavity ulcer caused by chemotherapy patients freezing the curative effect of normal saline to rinse your mouth. Methods Select chemotherapy patients were analyzed in our hospital, and its were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group using normal saline rinse when mixed with sodium bicarbonate 2: 1 ratio, on the basis of the observation group in the control group including freezing physiological saline, observation and treatment of two groups of patients with oral ulcer happen. Results the incidence of oral cavity ulcer(7.1%) of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group(28.6%), the p H value is higher than the control group, in the mouth after treatment in patients with oral mucosa indexing is better than the control group. P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with chemotherapy, application of freeze saline solution gargle to prevent ulcer effect better, to increase the p H in the mouth, to improve the degree of the oral mucosa.更多还原
