【摘要】 目的探讨整体性护理干预对胃溃疡患者的临床效果。方法随机选取2012年10月~2014年10月期间我院收治的胃溃疡患者60例,根究就诊时间先后,分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,分别给予整体性护理干预、常规护理干预,比较两组的SAS评分、SDS评分及总有效率。结果观察组总有效率90.0%,高于对照组70.0%,差异明显(P<0.05);护理干预后,两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分差异明显(P<0.05)。结论给予胃溃疡患者整体性护理,可改善患者生活质量、焦虑情况,改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of holistic nursing intervention for gastric ulcer patients. Methods 60 cases of 2012 October 2014 in October in our hospital during the period of gastric ulcer patients were randomly selected, according to visiting time successively, into the observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, were given holistic nursing intervention, routine nursing intervention, compared with two groups of SAS score, SDS score and total efficiency. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was 90.0%, significantly higher than those in control group was 70.0%., and the difference is significant(P<0.05); nursing intervention, two groups of patients with SAS score, SDS scores were significantly(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The overall nursing of patients with gastric ulcer can improve the quality of life, anxiety, improve the prognosis of patients, and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing.更多还原
